Meet  Rob

Rob is fully qualified to a national standard with a Certificate IV in Car Driving Instruction issued by the NSW Government. As an experienced automatic instructor, he has assisted students with a variety of unique needs to become skilled, safe and confident drivers. Over 15 years of experience teaching for the NSW Department of Education in southern Sydney has equipped him with valuable insight into understanding learners’ needs. This insight ensures that learner drivers benefit from lessons developed for their specific ability levels and requirements so they progress in competency.

With many years dedicated to teaching and coaching, Rob’s diverse experiences mean he has taught many different types of learners from nervous and scared to keen and confident. His Bachelor of Education Degree and award from AFL Australia for ‘outstanding contribution to Australian Football in schools’ support his commitment to quality, which is achieved with understanding, patience and a positive learning environment. Rob’s experience ensures that learner drivers feel safe, supported and encouraged.

Endeavour Driver Education provides high quality, structured lessons in the Sutherland Shire and is owned by Rob who is supported in the office by his wife Jen; also a qualified educator.
